VR Payment:
A new brand for tomorrow’s payments
 

VR Payment is the specialist for cashless payments of the cooperative financial group Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. From POS network operation to card acceptance to card issuance: as a payment service provider, VR Payment offers its customers omni-channel solutions for payment transactions. More than 300 employees enable banks, merchants and consumers to use digital ecosystems.

wirDesign supported the entire branding process, from brand development, strategic positioning, internal communication, internal and external launch campaigns to corporate design and the implementation of numerous communication media in terms of content and design. The logo and the new name VR Payment illustrate the proximity to the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. The corporate design picks up on the typical colours blue and orange and reinterprets the familiar design of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken. The characteristic colons, illustrations and visual language lend the brand appearance its own unmistakable character. In particular, the colons can be used flexibly and playfully as style elements, depending on the occasion and format. The aim is to create a system with which the corporate design functions as flexibly as possible, allows a variety of design options and is still consistent and recognizable.
